Abstract Scope |
The results of corrosion tests of steel samples AISI 316L, AKS 254 SMO, EP-44, EP-432, AISI 304, as well as samples with alite coatings doped with chromium, titanium, silicon, obtained in FA-charges are presented. Arsenic-sodium solution saturated with hydrogen sulfide, which contains (g/l): arsenic oxide - 130, sodium thiosulfate - 300; sodium rhodanide - up to 130; sodium carbonate - up to 16. And in the coke oven gas environment, which contains, g/m3: hydrogen sulfide - up to 22; hydrogen cyanide - up to 2.5. From the voltammograms it is clear that protective coatings inhibit both anodic and cathodic corrosion processes. At a potential of +0.1 V as a result of the maximum anodic dissolution current, which combines a potential of +0.8 V and a current of 0.8 mA/cm2 (alumino-titanium coatings in a 15% aqueous solution of sulfuric acid). Corrosion rate in units of current 35·10-5– 12·10-6A/cm2. |
