Modern steel metallurgical engineering design includes various aspects such as process design, technology design, equipment design, energy design, and auxiliary system design for steel manufacturing. Modern steel metallurgical engineering design integrates advanced theories, methods, and research results from basic sciences, technical sciences, and engineering sciences. It employs systems engineering methods to conduct design around aspects such as the structuring, functionality, efficiency, and environmental adaptability of the steel plant. For the multi-objective optimization problem of the complete steel metallurgical process, which involves comprehensive integration of structure, function, efficiency, and dynamic operation, it is the main proposition of steel metallurgical engineering design. The connotation and methods of innovation are researched and analyzed in the engineering design of Shougang Jingtang steel plant, as well as the engineering operation performance. The main connotations and ideas of the conceptual design, top-level design, and dynamic precise design of the new generation steel plant engineering are expounded. |
