Abstract Scope |
The purpose of the study is increase the productivity of the process of producing bars of steel 8640 with a diameter of 240 ... 300 mm and improve their quality. To achieve this goal, a new technology for the production of bars was investigated, the difference from the known one is that rolling in the last pass of a box pass, as well as in oval and round passes, is carried out with a total elongation ratio of 1.40 ... 1.70, with a ratio surface temperature of the rolled product (Тp) to the heating temperature of the middle part of the ingot (Тs) equal to K = 0.75 ... ...9.85 for bars with a diameter of more than 240 mm and K = 9.95 ... 10.05 for bars with a diameter of 200 ... 240 mm. |
