| Abstract Scope |
Oxygen blast furnace ironmaking process is a promising low-carbon ironmaking technology. Aiming to obtaining enough injection gas and realizing efficient gas heating, a new process of injection of syngas of municipal solid waste gasification has been proposed. According to the material balance and heat balance analysis, the static mathematical model and exergy analysis model of oxygen blast furnace-gasifier coupling system were established. The proposal of this process is of great significance for the synergistic realization of economical and efficient carbon reduction and pollution reduction of steel industry and Chinese society, as well as the sustainable development of China’s steel industry. |
