Scope The 2014 TMS Fluidization Technologies Symposium will provide a forum for papers related to all aspects of fluidization technology, including basic principles, current practices, and new advancements. The organizers are soliciting papers from authors who are practiced in the analysis, development, and/or operation of fluidization processes at theoretical, applied research, and commercial levels. Papers that describe practiced and innovative methods for roasting, calcining, combustion, conversion, drying, decomposition, and reduction are particularly welcome. Also of interest are papers that discuss the technical, economic, and environmental aspects required to make fluidization processes sustainable in the 21st century.
