Scope Create a title for your poster and add a short summary (150 words maximum) to describe your education, experience, and career objectives.

ABOUT THE EVENT:
The TMS Young Leaders Committee is organizing the Young Professional "Meet the Candidate" Interactive Session at the TMS 2016 Annual Meeting & Exhibition in Nashville, TN. This event is designed to create networking opportunities for young professionals and hopefully discover prospects for future employment.

There will be a master board, which will indicate the name of the candidate, the title of their poster and the location and times for their oral presentations (if applicable) during the week of the conference.

Focus will be on recent graduates, post-docs and early career professionals looking for employment at national labs, academia, and industry. The targeted audience will be those employers looking for high-caliber personnel for positions at national labs, academia, and industry.

ABOUT THE POSTERS:
The posters should be an advertisement for the candidates. The poster should not be only about the current main research that candidate has been working on. It could include other research interests that candidate is involved in or future interests that can help young professionals connect with the potential employers. Participants must satisfy the following requirements:

-Authors must register to attend the TMS Annual Meeting & Exhibition and be present to put-up and take down the posters.
-Authors must be present during a scheduled event to answer questions and discuss their work.
-Each author may use up to a 114 cm x 114 cm (45" x 45") space. If poster exceeds this space, it will be not be eligible for showing.

Abstract submission:
The deadline for abstract submission is December 1, 2015 (deadline is firm)
A maximum of 52 abstracts will be selected.

Please do no submit technical posters here. If you have a technical poster, please submit it to the General Poster Session.
