Scope Although there is often a focus on failure analysis as observed by multiple symposia at MS&T sponsored by the Failure Analysis Society (FAS), ultimately failure prevention is the goal. This symposium will focus on two fields, the first being failure prevention, including design analysis and change, monitoring, and maintenance. The second focus will be on unusual or unconventional failures as these often are difficult to assess and determine prevention or remedial measures.
Abstracts Due 04/05/2019
Proceedings Plan Definite: At-meeting proceedings
