||Now in its third iteration, the summit on Diversity in the Minerals, Metals, and Materials Professions (DMMM3) is seeking presentations that align with one or more of its key themes:
-Engaging participants on the most recent social-science findings in the areas of diversity and inclusion while exploring current issues and potential solutions.
-Measuring progress and ensuring positive outcomes for all through the establishment of well informed and proactive measures and metrics.
-Transforming the professional community by implementing changes in workplace cultures and policies.
Professionals within science and engineering (particularly in the fields of minerals, metals and materials) working in industry, government or academia are encouraged to submit. Presentations may explore issues in specific underrepresented communities (e.g., gender identity and expression, race and ethnicity, LGBTQ+, disability), challenges of intersectionality, or issues in creating an inclusive environment for all.
