Abstract Scope In presented day, a low temperature metal’s application is sharply increasing. Specially, as we classified to the low melting temperature alloy is Aluminum, Magnesium, and Tin etc. Normally, low temperature alloy is melting process using graphite base crucible. Because of the graphite has cheaper than other refractory material. Moreover, it has good thermal conductivity and high thermal resistance. However, these materials viscosity is high. Therefore, the graphite base crucible has not much long using. In addition, the low temperature alloy has left metallic compound after melting process. This study, the crucible lifecycle is extending process development using the inorganic binder. Therefore, that is painting on the crucible surface then it is protecting to the metallic compound attaching on the crucible surface.
