||Deformation Behavior of the Modified and FCC Structured CoCrFeMnNi Alloys

We modified Cantor alloy to make non-equiatomic CoCrFeMnNi alloys systematically. The modified alloys also showed FCC single phase at temperature above 800 °C as same with Cantor alloy. Mechanical tests with mean grain size of around 20 micrometers were carried out for those alloys. It was revealed that deformation twin is dominant deformation mechanism as shown in Cantor alloy. We discuss here about the relation between mechanical property and microstructure of non-equiatomic CoCrFeMnNi alloys.
