In Turkey, firms that operate in magnesite, calcined and sintered magnesite production capacity of the total 299,000 tons. For the production of calcined and sintered magnesite, approximately, 1.0% of silica, less than, 600,000 tons, the final concentrate ore, silica, 5.0% of less than 1,200,000 tons of ore pre-concentration, are needed. The quality of the ore, with a lower proportion of silica increases. In this study, we investigated the production of high-quality magnesite ore, with "permroll type" magnetic separators. In studies using magnesite ore pre-concentrate. Pre-concentrated magnesite ore, and permroll type magnetic separators, using the ratio of silica in the range of 0.36 and 0.71 quality, high-quality magnesite ore concentrate, produced. Thus, high-quality magnesite ore with permroll type magnetic separators, were produced. |
