Concrete pump trucks use high-strength steel plates for almost all parts of pump vehicles because of the high stresses in the main components due to the weight of concrete.
As a result, it should be a safety problem in each of the main elements of the concrete pump truck. In the case of concrete construction, if the yielding or destruction occurs due to structural problems, it is necessary to satisfy the design safety basically because there is a concern of people and property in the construction site.
It is the limit of current technology level that it has not reached the stage of quantifying the characteristics of the conveyance pipe based on the length of the concrete conveyance pipe and the conveyance pressure mechanism acting thereon.
Therefore, we have developed manufacturing process through the high-frequency heat-treatment of lightweight pipes with durability through this study.
