||An Oxide Doped High Temperature High Entropy Alloy

To improve the high temperature mechanical property of current available high temperature high entropy alloy, we synthesized a new type of oxide doped high temperature high entropy alloy MoNbTaTiVW. The new alloy was characterized through XRD, microstructure SEM, and nanoindentation. The results show that the new alloy is a single phase alloy with improved mechanical property. We studied the enhancement mechanism based on our experiment results.
