Presentation Title High Temperature Pressure Filtration Applying for Separation of Silicon and Liquation Agent

Abstract Scope The convenient and efficient separation of silicon and liquation agent has become the key one for further development in solvent refining of metallurgical silicon . High temperature pressure filtration applied for separation with creativity which pressing filtering near the eutectic line of alloy by gas pressure , and the morphology and results of separation can regulate with screen mesh. The result with better separation and appreciable recovery can achieve with low gas pressure while the distinct separation causing by mesh number, and the solvent can directly recycle. The mass fraction of silicon after separating can be more than 90%, and the recovery rate of silicon can be over 75%.
