The way of reception Cr-Al-Si and Ti-Al-Si coverings on copper alloys in the conditions of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) with the subsequent of rolling is presented in the given article. One of the most efficient methods of coverings retrieving with high mechanical, physic and chemical characteristics is surface metal diffusion saturation in condition of SHS. The alloys based on copper (C95510, C62300, C95200, C85800) served the source data for study. In this work researches on determination of optimum terms of wringing out of rolling alloys with protective coatings have been conducted. Non-uniformity of strain in anisotropic billets in certain limits by deformation condition and preform configuration. Accordingly by selection conditions it is possible to localise negative consequences of non-uniform strain and avoid coverage fragmentation even at the big degree of reduction.
