Oxide dispersion strengthened alloys (ODS) are strong candidate for the materials for the future nuclear system due to their outstanding creep and swelling resistance. In general, alloys of nickel ODS are the most common, however, the Fe-based ODS are also intensively investigated. We performed the phase-field modeling to predict the behavior of the Y2O3 ODS on the Fe-Cr and Ni-Cr matrix. We predicted the nucleation and growth kinetics of YCrO3 phase at the interface between ODS and metallic matrix. The spatial distribution of the nucleated phase and the role of the initial Cr composition will be discussed.
