||The Effect of the Thickness of the Magnetic Biological Patch on the Accumulation Mechanism of Magnetic Particles

The implant-assisted magnetic drug targeting ( IM-MDT) is a promising strategy because the implant could enhance the magnetic flux density of the magnetic field and then improve the accumulation and retention of magnetic particles. In this paper, a new non-toxic magnetic biological patch (MBP) has been designed for IM-MDT. The thickness of the MBP is an important parameter for the capture ability of the MBP to magnetic particles. The effect of the thickness of the MBP on the accumulation of magnetic particles was investigated in vitro experiment.
