||Microstructure Evolution in BOR60 Irradiated T91

Ferritic-Martensitic steel T91 was irradiated in BOR60 up to 35 dpa at a temperature range of 386C-525C. Evolution of microstructures, including dislocation loops, radiation-induced precipitates, cavities, and radiation-induced segregation at grain boundaries, with dose and temperature was investigated. Dislocation loop size increased with temperature and the number density decreased with temperature up to 412C. The population of dislocation loop became negligible at 450C and dislocation lines and networks dominated the microstructure at 525C. Ni/Si precipitates and cavities, observed at lower temperature, were absent at 450C and 525C. However, radiation-induced segregation was still evident at 525C. The effect of irradiation dose and temperature on T91 microstructures as well as the repeatability of BOR60 irradiation will be discussed.
