Abstract Scope Anupam Neogi has obtained B.Sc (Hons.) and M.Sc degree in Physics from The University of Burdwan, India, in 2008 and 2010 respectively. Currently, he is a doctoral candidate at Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India and the expected date of completion is June 2016. He is studying how materials react, change and/or deformed when being subjected to extreme condition of pressure, temperature and strain. He use classical molecular dynamics (MD) and Density Functional Theory based MD (DFT-MD) method, especially DFT informed Born-Oppenheimer molecular dynamics (BO-MD). He has extensive experience in atomistic modeling of metals, polymers and water. He is actively looking for a post-doctoral position where he can utilized his experience and knowledge.
