Abstract Scope |
In this fastest-growing industrial era, the emphasis is given on the world-class production of desired materials. The performance of the product is of paramount importance in such situations. In such a scenario, time to the market and the costs involved are the limiting factors.
Due to an increase in demand and environmental issues, material scientists are facing the problems in actual design & development of the advanced materials. Modifications in this approach primarily stress the proper use of mathematical tools and computational power. Artificial Intelligence has opened the doors to all to develop the material process very quickly based on the computing facilities available. The advantage of this process is the reduction in cost and time. In this article, a comprehensive review of the state of modelling and simulation in product and process development is presented to serve as eco-friendly and more economical options to the industries and society.
