We applied in-situ synchrotron transmission x-ray microscopy to examine the deformation of the implanted Ti6Al4V components and the sounded bones. The measurements revealed deformation of different bone microstructure and the addictive manufactured Ti6Al4V implants simultaneously. Coupled with the high speed computation, different materials with their own moduli were modeled. A self-consistent modeling work revealed various stages of the different materials subjected to loading.
