||Investigation on the Phase Stability of Perovskite in La-Sr-Cr-Fe-O System and Its Long-term Operation

In this study, lanthanum chromite-based perovskite samples have been synthesized through sol-gel method. Their phase structure has been examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD), SEM, and XPS at different temperatures. Measurement of oxygen deficiency (δ) is done by the thermogravimetry (TG) thermal analysis and titration techniques. This factor is used to determine exact compositions of samples and to find the dependence of oxygen deficiency (δ), temperature (T), and oxygen partial pressure (PO2) relationships. The experimental results are employed to develop the La-Sr-Cr-Fe-O quinary thermodynamic database by computational thermodynamic and to calculate the dependence of high temperature electrical conductivity on oxygen deficiency (δ).
