The push toward ubiquitous electronics for future military applications has sparked interest in the development of low-power, conformal, and flexible electronic devices. Two-dimensional (2D) materials have shown great promise as an alternative to traditional rigid silicon-based microelectronics. In this presentation, we discuss fabrication processes and conceptual electronic device demonstrations using 2D materials integrated with flexible substrates. In particular, CVD-grown MoS<SUB>2</SUB> and graphene in combination with spin-on polyimide are used for various proof-of-design concepts. Efforts taken to improve the integration of 2D materials and polymer-based materials will also be discussed.
