| Abstract Scope |
Multifunctional Fe-Titanates oxides are wide band gap semiconductors with band gap Eg > 2.5 eV. They are also excellent radhard materials which makes them very suitable for the advancement of space electronics. In this paper, we will discuss: (a) processing of device quality samples for structural, dielectric, and electrical characterization, and (b) manipulation of some of these properties leading to novel devices. Of particular interest are devices such as electrically tuned diodes, signal amplifiers, electronic filters and transistors. Their scope of potential applications will also be discussed. xx Support of the National Science Foundation (NSF), Grant No. 1025395 is acknowledged. |
