||Hybrid Prediction Model based Simulation Software for the Optimizations of Converter Blowing System

A hybrid prediction model based simulation software model is proposed to optimize the production process of PS converter and to give the guidance of operations for the workers. "Converter Blowing Standardization" is designed based on PS converter production process parameters and sensor data, which are the inputs of the hybrid prediction model. The hybrid prediction model is based on the thermodynamics of effective reaction zone, the historical production data and the composition analysis of flue gas. The hybrid prediction model is calculated in FactSage, which is invoked by the prediction software. In addition, the linear regression parameter fitting is utilized to predict based on the historical production data and the change of PbS concentration is used as the indicator of the end points of matte blowing segments. The model is applied to the actual production process of the PS Converter system, which proves the high efficiency and good adaptability.
