Electrolyte called blood of aluminum reduction cell has great effect on cell performance and technology economic index. In recent years, lithium and potassium in alumina accumulated year by year in electrolyte of the electrolysis cell, which directly affected production of aluminum electrolysis industry. Current efficiency is important technology economic index in the process of aluminum electrolysis. When electrolyte containing high concentration of Li and K was used, relationship between current efficiency and operating condition including electrolyte temperature, superheat, cell voltage, molecular ratio, electrolyte composition, thickness of side ledge, aluminum level was systematically studied, which provided theory basis for aluminum electrolysis industry to obtain good benefit.
