Abstract Scope |
Aiming at the setting of the nozzle angle, nozzle width and nozzle spacing of the strip floater in a steel mill continuous withdrawal unit, a three-dimensional model was established using ANSYS software to study the pressure distribution and deformation of the strip surface under different nozzle parameters. By comparing the simulation results, the optimal nozzle setting conditions were obtained, which provided reliable reference data for the actual production of strip steel. |
