The grinding ring made of SUS304 stainless steel, widely used in grinding the semiconductor chip metal film. Based on the annealing process of SUS304 stainless steel, the influence of annealing temperature and annealing time on the performance of stainless steel was studied according to its manufacturing processes. The results shows that control of the heat preservation time is 60 min, with the increase of annealing temperature, the grain of stainless steel is larger, while the grain size is smaller, from initial 11.5 class fall to 6. At the same time, the steel yield strength and tensile strength decline, elongation rate rise; control the annealing temperature is 1050℃, as the extension of heat preservation time, the grain of stainless steel is more and more big, the grain size is more small, from the original 10.5 class fall to 7th. At the same time, the stainless steel strength decline, elongation rise.
