||Current State Art of Double Hot Thermocouple Technology—Novel Way for the Study of Mold Flux High-temperature Properties

Hot Thermocouple Technology has been developed recently, and it has been approved to be a novel method to study the high-temperature related properties of molten slag. In this study, it would first give the history of the development of Hot Thermocouple Technology. Then the recent breakthrough and its application to the mold flux system will be summarized.
One example of the crystallization processes of mold fluxes for casting low carbon (LC) and medium carbon (MC) steels were investigated by using Double Hot Thermocouple Technology (DHTT) in this article.
