Abstract Scope |
Using first principles molecular dynamics and electronic
structure calculations, we investigate fundamental properties of complex
semiconductors and their relevance to the design of electronic and quantum
information devices. In particular, we discuss assemblies of semiconducting
nanoparticles used in colloidal solar cells and electronic devices, and
defective semiconductors as promising hosts for spin qubits. |
