||The Investigation of Stibnite Dissolution in Na2S Solution Media

In this study, the effect of main parameters such as temperature, leachant concentration and liquid to solid ratio on the antimony recovery has been investigated. Also, the effect of these parameters on the leaching kinetic mechanism has been studied. Results have been illustrated that antimony recovery were 98%, besides, it was observed that with increasing solid content, the antimony recovery increase from 10 to 37 percent. Also, non-industrial Na2S has enhanced the antimony recovery. In order to study the stibnite dissolution rate, shrinking core model was purposefully applied by drawing f(x)-t graphs in all tests and it is concluded that the controlling mechanism was ash layer diffusion.
