Abstract Scope My name is Yi-Hung Chen. I come from National Chiao Tung University at Taiwan. I am a master student. And my advisor E-wen Huang is assistant professor in department of Materials science and Engineering, so I study metal materials. My graduate research is about high entropy alloy of CoCrFeMnNi. For this new material, the study of me focus on what their mechanical properties and atomic structure will change with lower temperature or higher pressure. I manufacture our alloys by myself. The lab gave me a chance to learn arc melting in National Tsinghua University, and we make metal powder to do powder diffraction. The experiments in NSRRC give me valuable experience about X-ray diffraction. I also know some program for crystallography diffraction profile analysis, such as GSAS, GSASII, Powdercell. In addition to experiments, I also learn some simulation, such as EVPSC.
